This is a variation of the Jungle Bird and the Desert Bird

INGREDIENTS

• 45ml Mezcal

• 15ml Lime Juice

• 15ml Campari

• 15ml Coffee Liqueur

• 45ml Pineapple Juice

• 1.5ml Saline Solution

METHOD

Add to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake vigorously and then double strain into a glass over ice.
