This is a Manhattan variation, replacing the sweet vermouth with coffee liqueur.

INGREDIENTS

• 60ml Bourbon

• 15ml Coffee Liqueur

• Orange Bitters

• Orange Peel for garnish

METHOD

Mix the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Pour into a chilled Nick and Nora glass and garnish with a flamed orange peel.
