INGREDIENTS

• 60ml Tequila or Mezcal

• 30ml Coffee Liqueur

• 100ml Grapefruit Tonic or Soda

METHOD

Fill a rocks glass with ice. Pour half of the Grapefruit Tonic into the glass. Add the Tequila or Mezcal and the Coffee Liqueur. Top off with the rest of the Grapefruit Tonic and garnish with a grapefruit slice and some fresh mint.
